GOD SPOKE

“The LORD spoke to Moses…” (Leviticus 14:1, ESV.)

We could read in several passages in the Scripture, which contain the same words: “The Lord spoke to Moses…” (see also Lev. 4:1; 5:14; 6:1, 8, etc.)

The Great God spoke to His servants. We read in Hebrews 1:1-2:

“Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world.”

God attracts. He communicates to His people. And now through His Son, His message is being proclaimed. And through the Word, the Scripture, the Son is giving the words of the Father to the people whom the Father gave to the Son, as we read in John 17:18 —

“For I have given them the words that you gave me, and they have received them and have come to know in truth that I came from you; and they have believed that you sent me.”
